“Ruggs Benedict did a wonderful job on the carpet installation in my client's home. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The installation was completed beautifully, with great attention to detail, and the finished carpet added such a warm, elevated feel to the home.
I also appreciated Nicole's communication throughout the process and their willingness to help coordinate around the project schedule. It’s always such a gift to work with vendors who care about both the quality of the product and the client experience. I would happily recommend Ruggs Benedict again.”

“From Ellen Miller, our sales representative, to Daniel, the carpet installer, we had a 5-star experience with Ruggs Benedict! Daniel, the installer, was punctual, professional, and treated our home with respect, showed excellent craftsmanship, and they meticulously cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend utilizing Ruggs Benedict for your next home project. We certainly will!!”

“We needed to replace our carpets in our townhouse in Avon. After talking with several people in the Vail Valley regarding the right people to speak with concerning getting this work done for a fair price and excellent outcome, Ruggs Benedict was recommended to us by the majority of our references. We are glad we chose Ruggs Benedict by leaps and bounds. Choosing the right carpet material and padding with Ellen and Holly's help was spot on, including their patience with us as we kept changing our minds!!
The installation crew led by Thomas was impeccable, from moving around furniture and taking out the old carpet and padding to putting in the new flooring materials. Also, Thomas' installation crew was courteous and took extreme care to not damage any furniture or nick the walls and other flooring. We could not be happier with the outcome and look forward to many years of enjoyment with our new flooring. Thanks to all at Ruggs Benedict!!!”

“Recarpeting a furnished mountain home can be a hassle, but using professionals like Ruggs Benedict can make all the difference. My salesperson, Ellen and her teammate Holly were great. Whenever I popped by the store, someone helped me and answered questions. Ellen was also available by phone and email whenever I had questions. From scheduling a measurement to helping me decide on the final product, they were extremely responsive and patient. The store allowed me to take samples home and even ordered a few larger swatches of product I was interested in. In the end, I selected a stock product which worked out well in the house.
I was most impressed by the install team. This wasn't the first time I'd carpeted a house, and I was truly impressed by the installers Francisco and Saul. These two men arrived in time and worked solidly until the job was completed. They prepped the site with floor protection (to prevent damage to stone and hardwood existing flooring areas). They had to move and disassemble furniture as part of the job, and I can honestly say I've never seen two people work harder. The carpet install came out beautifully, and my home was left looking back in order. All materials and old carpet were neatly bundled and cleaned up. During the job, a supervisor stopped in a couple of times to check on things and ensure that everything was going smoothly. I later found out that Ruggs Benedict employs the installers (they are not a contract team that they hire out to), and I believe that this is what really makes the difference in the quality and level of service that was part of the install.
I highly recommend Ruggs Benedict.”

“Ruggs Benedict has been our “go-to” for rug/carpet solutions for the last four years after buying a home in Singletree! The sales staff are knowledgeable, and the installation team is very professional, considerate, and hardworking. They stay on schedule and work late, if needed, to get the job done. Recently, they installed wall-to-wall carpeting to replace 10+ old carpets throughout our house. Nicole helped me find something in stock, cost-effective, stain-resistant, stain resistant and very soft on our feet! Brandon, Victor and Carlos were installing for a full 3 days, working until 7:30 p.m. two nights on their own accord. We couldn’t be happier to have this trusted resource to help us continue to update our home.”

“If you are in the Vail Valley, there really is no other option than Rugs Benedict. There are other flooring and rug stores, but none with the selection that Rugs Benedict has. Service is impeccable (ask for Katie!) and they were able to install within a couple of days after we placed our carpeting order. The install crew was outstanding and very detail-oriented. They are not exactly the cheapest option, but if you want a hassle-free experience and a high-quality product, then this is the place to go. Highly recommended!”

“Ruggs Benedict is our preferred choice for flooring in the Vail Valley. From the sales team to the installation crew, we always receive fantastic service and beautiful products. Constance is truly amazing at sourcing all products and following up on progress until the job is complete. Manuel just completed a very high-end runner installation in Vail for us, and it turned out amazing. His surging techniques are unparalleled in the industry, and he always leads a great team of installers.”

“I just had a Ruggs Benedict carpet installed, and not only is the carpet just right thanks to the excellent recommendation by Ellen Miller, but it was on SALE! The installation team was fantastic. They worked so hard to get it JUST RIGHT, and they were so careful and courteous. Thanks to all. What a fabulous experience. I can’t wait until I need new carpet. I will be back!”

“Susan and her crew took my order and completed the job in under 7 days, which is extraordinary for Vail Valley. Very professional and excellent array of flooring choices. Thanks, Susan!" -”

“We recently had wool Berber carpets installed throughout our home by Ruggs Benedict, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Holly helped us find exactly what we needed and made miracles happen by coming down from the mountains to do an installation in Erie. She was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the whole process.
The installation itself was done with great attention to detail — the seams are virtually invisible, and the transitions to other flooring types are seamless and clean. They were great guys and their respect for our home during the process was greatly appreciated.
If you’re looking for high-quality workmanship, responsive communication, and genuine pride in their craft, I would not hesitate to recommend Ruggs Benedict. We’re thrilled with the results and already getting compliments from guests!" -”
